The Sims 4 doesn't have an "animated woohoo" option. In order to get a baby in The Sims 4, you need to have two Sims of different genders and opposite sexes. This means that the only way for a Sim of either gender to impregnate another Sim is by having them do it manually with a woohoo position. The idea of playing god and impregnating your characters is admittedly entertaining at first, but after a while it can become tedious as some prefer not to have kids at all, or simply want the option for the sake of variety. There is a mod that allows you to have a baby without the need for woohoo, though it will come at a price. The Woohooer mod is not compatible with most other mods, but this doesn't mean it can't be used with other mods. The Woohooer mod works by pulling in the XML from individual mods and placing them into an "Injector" folder within the Woohooer folder, which you then put into your mods folder (Mods>Packages>Archive>Woohooer). You can replace any of these files with your own by simply copying the XML files you want to replace overtop of any of these. The Sims 4 does have a baby mod in the works, but it's nothing like the Woohooer mod. Instead of using the woohooer option like The Sims 4 does, this mod allows you to create custom babies out of two fishies that then spawn into either an alien or dinosaur. This, however, is extremely unpredictable; there's no way to actually create something that actually spawns outside of the game (unless you want to use cheats for this). The Woohooer mod is currently fully compatible with The Sims 4 patches and expansions before patch 1.20 (which did not include gender options) until update 1.36 (which added both gender options), and update 1. 38 (which added the "get pregnant" options). To use the mod, download it from the link above. Go to your mods folder and create a subfolder of it called "injector". Place all of the files from the "injector" folder into this subfolder. Pressing F5 will stop all other active mods, allowing you to go into build mode and start playing The Sims 4. The Sims 4 doesn't have an official way of making babies just yet, but there are still many ways of doing so on your own if you want to. The most popular way to get your Sims pregnant is by using cheats. First, you must enable the cheat "not enabled" in Create-a-Sim. You can do this by clicking on the Sim in question and selecting Options > Cheats > Enabled. Next, you must enable the cheat "get pregnant" in Create-a-Sim's options menu. The reason why this is needed is that if they are not enabled, you will just find out that your Sim has gotten pregnant or that she is about to get pregnant whenever you try to make them have a baby manually (like using a tricycle).
